Green pea soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes, peeled
  • 1 stalk(s) leek or spring onion(s), cleaned, cut into rings
  • olive oil
  • 1 bag of frozen peas, approx. 450 g
  • ¾ liter broth
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • horseradish
  • 100 g herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegetarian

Briefly fry the peeled potatoes and leek in olive oil. Add half of the peas and pour in the broth. Bring the soup to a boil and season with spices. Purée and stir in the cream cheese. Add the remaining peas and let it simmer.
