Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 floury potatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g peas, frozen, green
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ liter chicken broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the potatoes, onions, and peas with 3/4 liter of chicken stock for 30 minutes/Varoma/speed 1. Then puree for 15 seconds on speed 10. Then add the cream, curry powder, and salt. Stir briefly again on speed 5. Done. I made a cream of crème fraîche seasoned with a little curry powder and salt. Those who liked it added it to the soup as the icing on the cake.
