Green salad with blue cheese and nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce, green
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

French salad

Wash the lettuce and drain. For the marinade, thoroughly whisk the vinegar, oil, water, and mustard with a fork, then season with salt, pepper, and a little more vinegar, if desired. Dice the Gorgonzola and add it to the salad. Roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the salad. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix everything together.
