Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of seasonal herbs (garden herbs), approx. 300 g
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 cups of yogurt (150 g each)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quick recipe for the blender

Remove the stems from the herbs (preferably a ready-made green sauce mix) and place them in a blender with yogurt, garlic, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar; blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Use immediately or let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 day. It goes well with boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, boiled beef, or even schnitzel.
