Preheat the oven to 220°C. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Whisk the egg and oil together and mix into the oats. Add everything to the flour mixture at once and mix briefly. Fill approximately 12 muffin cups two-thirds full with the batter and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. My personal tip: For breakfast, slice a banana, drizzle with honey, and enjoy with the muffins.
