Green sauce with eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of mixed herbs for green sauce
  • 500 g yogurt 0.1% fat
  • 100 g RAMA Cremefine for refining
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

WW suitable

Clean the herbs and chop them finely with a chopping knife or in a food processor. Place the herbs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and mustard. Add the yogurt and Cremefine and mix well. Dice the eggs and fold them into the green sauce. Let the sauce simmer for at least 2 hours, then season again if desired. Boiled potatoes are delicious with this. For all WW fans: the sauce costs 4.5 points per person. With potatoes, it’s 6.5 points.
