Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of spinach, frozen, approx.
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for beginners

Roughly dice the peeled banana and the apple (with the peel and core, without the stem). First, blend the frozen spinach and water (it doesn’t have to be 400ml; you can use more or less depending on the consistency you want). Then add the banana, apple, and lemon juice and continue blending until there are no more chunks. Note: It’s said that the more you blend, the better your body can process the ingredients. Frozen spinach doesn’t need to be thawed if you use a good blender.
