Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small orange(s) (juice orange)
  • 1 pear(s) (Abate)
  • 5 tbsp red currants
  • 10 gooseberries, red
  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce, equivalent to 20 g
  • 2 pinches of black pepper, ground
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with currants, orange, pear, gooseberry, lamb’s lettuce and pepper, vegan

Peel the orange and cut into 4 pieces, cut the pear into chunks, and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Place everything in a blender along with the currants and gooseberries. Add pepper and fill with water to 1 liter. Blend on high for about 2 minutes. Currants and gooseberries can also be frozen.
