Green spelt curry cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp lentils
  • 1 tbsp green spelt
  • 1 tbsp buckwheat
  • 2 onions, very finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp honey
  • herb salt, pepper
  • 1 cm pepper, fresh, very finely chopped
  • possibly butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely grind the lentils, green spelt, and buckwheat in a grain mill (with a steel grinder), then whisk into the boiling vegetable broth. Add the onions, bring to a boil while stirring, and let stand for 15 minutes with the heat off. Mix with sunflower oil and spices. Adding 50g of creamed butter makes the spread extra light and creamy.
