Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g peanuts, peeled
  • 1 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Roast the peanuts in a dry pan until golden yellow. Let cool. Blend in a blender (or mortar) until a creamy paste forms. Mix with the oil and yogurt. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and stir in. Season to taste with spices.
