Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 25 g green spelt, cooked
  • 25 g onion(s)
  • 50 g bell pepper(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the green spelt in a little water until soft. Chop the onions, finely dice the bell peppers, and mix with the butter. Season to taste. One serving corresponds to 30 g. Protein: 1 gram; Fat: 9 grams; Carbohydrates: 4 grams; Bread units: 0.25
