Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 90 g olives, black
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the basil, shake dry, and finely chop. Finely chop the olives. Peel and press the garlic. Mix the cream cheese with the cream. Fold in the basil, olives, and garlic. Season everything with salt and pepper.
