Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g green spelt, whole
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 stalk(s) celeriac
  • 2 spring onions
  • 150 g mountain cheese or Emmental, in one piece
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds, roasted
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the green spelt in salted water for 30-40 minutes until al dente. Cut the cucumber, bell pepper, pear, onion, celery, and cheese into small, even pieces. Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan, stirring occasionally. Mix all the prepared ingredients and season with vinegar, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Finish with a little oil.
