Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g green spelt, whole
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 3 stalk(s) celeriac
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g mountain cheese or Emmental, in one piece
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 handful of sunflower seeds, roasted
- Salt
- pepper
- Vinegar
- oil

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the green spelt in salted water for 30-40 minutes until al dente. Cut the cucumber, bell pepper, pear, onion, celery, and cheese into small, even pieces. Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan, stirring occasionally. Mix all the prepared ingredients and season with vinegar, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Finish with a little oil.
