Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 Maultaschen
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 250 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vegetable broth

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
A delicious treat
Cut the Maultaschen into approximately 1 cm wide strips and layer them in a baking dish, alternating with the Emmental cheese. Whisk the cream, eggs, and vegetable stock well and pour over the pasta. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
