Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tagliatelle, green
- 6 tomatoes
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs, whisked
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, boil water, cook the pasta, and then place it in a casserole dish. Cut the tomatoes into eighths, and finely dice the ham, onion, and garlic. Add everything to the casserole dish, season to taste, and mix well. Then, combine the beaten egg and cream, season with salt and pepper, pour over the mixture, and finally, sprinkle everything with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes; the cheese should be golden brown.
