Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g Matcha tea
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Creamy ice cream, like in Japan

Stir together the sugar, cream, mascarpone, and green tea powder until the sugar has dissolved and the matcha powder is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Place the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes (no longer). Then churn the mixture in the ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes. This recipe yields approximately 1 liter of ice cream.
