Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 45 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 70 ml cream
  • 30 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Melt the butter and let it cool. Combine the quark and eggs. Combine the flour and sugar. Then stir the butter into the quark and egg mixture and add the flour mixture. Finally, add the cream and milk and mix everything into a creamy batter. Bake the batter in a waffle iron in batches until golden brown.
