Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus, green thin wild asparagus (alternatively Thai asparagus)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 lemon(s), mild
- 150 g bacon, air-dried Italian (belly bacon)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

A simple yet sophisticated starter that can be on the table in 10 minutes!
Cook the asparagus in salted water until almost tender and arrange on plates so that the tips meet in the middle and the ends radiate outwards. Drizzle the tips with a little lemon juice and season generously with pepper. Cut the bacon into tiny cubes and fry in olive oil. Before they harden, pour the mixture over the asparagus tips: It should really sizzle!
