Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bulbs of fennel (approx. 1 kg)
- 2 oranges
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 1 cup of yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 1 lemon(s)
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Trim and wash the fennel bulbs, then slice them into thin strips. Peel and dice the oranges and mix them with the fennel along with the roughly chopped hazelnuts. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar into a sauce and dress the salad with it. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
