Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ small zucchini
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, coarse
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml orange juice
Instructions

Green Smoothie – gives energy for the day
Remove the ends from the zucchini and cucumber. Roughly chop both. Deseed and roughly chop the bell peppers. Remove the roots from the lamb’s lettuce. Combine everything in a blender and blend briefly. Add the honey and oatmeal, pour in the orange juice, and blend thoroughly again on medium speed. Add salt. Add pepper or other spices to taste.
