Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 mussels (green-shell mussels)
- 1 chili pepper(s), red
- 1 chili pepper(s), green
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Finely chop the chili peppers and mix with the sesame oil, maple syrup, and fish sauce. Pour this chili mixture into the opened mussels along with the other ingredients. Cook the mussels in the hot oven for 10 minutes. Serve with toast.
