Greenshell mussels with chipotle butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 mussels (green-shell mussels)
  • 6 tsp, leveled butter (chipotle butter, see my recipe)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Add a teaspoon of chipotle butter to each shell and bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes. Serve with toast.
