Greentea Cocktail

- 2 Pc. Lemongrass
- 2 bag Tea green dry
- 3 Pc. Bay leaves
- Prosecco sparkling wine
- Sugar brown
- 1 Pc. Lemon
- Pour green tea, lemongrass and bay leaves with 1 liter of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Take out the green tea bags and let the rest of the tea continue to steep until it all turns cold.
- Preparation for a glass: Put a little freshly squeezed lemons and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in the Prosecco glass, add the green tea water up to 1/3 of the glass. Mix well with tablespoons so that the sugar melts, then pour Prosecco into the glass. Depending on personal taste, add more sugar or lemons.
