- 4 Pc. Lotus roots
- 100 g Sticky rice
- 200 g Brown sugar
- Remove the head of the lotus roots and use as a lid later.
- Stuff glue rice into the holes of the lotus roots, close the “lid” and fasten with toothpicks.
- Put the lotus roots and rice in a saucepan with water, bring to the boil and then cook for 3 hours at a low temperature. Add sugar, continue cooking until the lotus roots take on the color.
- Cold spots, cut into slices, serve.
