  • 4 Pc. Lotus roots
  • 100 g Sticky rice
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  1. Remove the head of the lotus roots and use as a lid later.
  2. Stuff glue rice into the holes of the lotus roots, close the “lid” and fasten with toothpicks.
