Feta cheese baked with tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese or feta
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Slice the feta cheese and tomato. Layer the tomato and cheese in a microwave-safe container. Crack the egg on top. Microwave the container tightly closed for about 3 minutes at 800 watts. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
