Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 carrot(s)
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 50 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 100 g oat flakes (oat bran flakes) extra for breading
- Iodized salt
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- oil
- pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and wash the broccoli and carrots, cook with the peeled potatoes in a little water for 5 minutes. Let cool and grate. Mix the onion, low-fat curd cheese, and oat bran flakes with the vegetables and season generously with the spices. Form the mixture into 8 patties and coat in the oat bran flakes. Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side until crispy and brown. For a change, stir 80g of grated cheese into the vegetable mixture. Serve with a herb sauce if desired.
