Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 200 g pasta (rotini), colored
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • possibly grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the pasta. Cook the potatoes, peel them, and dice them. Let both cool slightly. Dice the onion and bell pepper, deseed and dice the tomatoes. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with oil. Add the potato pieces and fry. Add the pasta, let them cook for a while longer, and season. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
