Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ stalk(s) leek or more
- n. B. Maggi
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp oil

vegetarian, easy, quick
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Finely chop the onions and leeks and sauté them in a large pan with the oil. Then add the noodles and fry. Season with Maggi to taste. Once everything is well browned, crack the eggs over the noodles and let them set. Tip: This is a great way to use up leftover pasta from the day before.
