Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp herb butter
  • 50 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vegetarian alternative for grilling

Wash and trim the tomatoes and peppers. Cut the peppers into strips and the tomatoes into thin wedges. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Line a sheet of aluminum foil (approx. A5 size per serving) and place each tomato, pepper, and onion on it, then top with the herb butter and cheese. Season with salt and pepper if desired, but be careful, as herb butter is usually already seasoned, and the cheese adds salt! Gather the aluminum foil over the filling and twist it like a bag. Then grill it. It will take about 20 minutes.
