Grill Skewer with Meat and Peach

The perfect grill skewer with meat and peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Beef steak
  • 3 Pc. Peach
  • 3 Pc. Spring onion
  • 2 tsp Ras el Hanout
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • Salt pepper
  • Mint leaves as desired
  1. Roughly dice the meat, core the peaches and cut into wedges. Cut the white part of the spring onion diagonally into pieces approx. 3 cm long. Alternate spring onion, meat and peach on each skewer (it is best to use metal kebab skewers).
  1. Place in a shallow bowl and drizzle with lemon juice all around (alternatively approx. 2 tablespoons of vinegar). Then rub all around with olive oil and Ras el Hanout. Salt and pepper can be added shortly before or after grilling. Garnish with mint leaves if you like.
