Onion Meat Skewer Roast

- 6 kg Pork neck
- 50 g Salt
- 30 g Pepper
- 60 g Sweet paprika
- 3 kg Onions
- 2 l White wine
- 200 ml Sunflower oil
- Cut the meat into pieces the size of a child’s fist. Mix the spices, salt and oil to marinate the meat. Insert for at least 20 hours.
- Make a fire. Put the meat on skewers and grill well over the embers.
- Cut the meat from the skewers, add the onion rings and the wine. Simmer for about 2 hours
