Nuremberg Grilled Sausages in Dressing Gown

- 1 Pack, approx. 4 pieces Nuremberg grilled sausages
- 1 pack Puff pastry, from the refrigerated shelf
- Chili or shish kebab sauce, ready-made or homemade
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (top / bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take the sausages out of the pack, wash them and pat dry. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into approx. 20 strips with a pastry wheel.
