Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 slices of cheese (grilled cheese)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1 tsp, dried rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp, stripped thyme, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crush the garlic and mix it with the oil. Add the rosemary and thyme and mix. Roll the cheese slices in the oil and place them on a grill for about 5 minutes, turning once.
