hearty and delicious, simply a pleasure
First, make the marinade. Finely grate the onion and garlic, then finely chop the chili. Mix the olive oil with salt and pepper and add the onions and chili. Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized cubes and rub/knead them well with the marinade in a bowl. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight). Peel 1 onion and roughly chop it into eighths. Trim and deseed the bell peppers and cut them into small squares. Clean the dried meat (remove any cartilage) and also cut it into cubes. Now place the wooden skewers on the skewers, starting with the dried meat, followed by the chicken, onion, and bell pepper. Repeat until the end of the skewer, finishing the skewer with a cube of dried meat. The dried meat ensures that the chicken gets a great flavor when grilled and doesn’t dry out.
