  • Soy sauce
  • Oil (sesame oil)

Thaw the fish, mix 5 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and pour over the fish. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Slice the zucchini lengthwise, 2-3 mm thin. Salt the zucchini slices and let them rest for a while to soften and pliable. Lightly salt and pepper the fish, then wrap a zucchini slice lengthwise around each fish fillet and wrap it crosswise with the bacon slice. If you like herbs, you can also add a sprig of parsley. Tie it with kitchen string to make a parcel and grill slowly. Serve with garlic dip.
