Grilled Fruit Platter with Orange and Passion Fruit Dip
The perfect grilled fruit platter with orange and passion fruit dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dip
- 0,5 Orange
- 1 Fresh passion fruit
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
- 0,5 Peeled garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1 small Apple Elstar
- 1 Plum
- 1 small Persimmon fresh
- 0,5 Spring onion stick
- 2 Handful Arugula
- 80 g Cheese (various types)
- Clarified butter
Dip
- Squeeze half the orange. Halve the passion fruit and scrape out the flesh with a spoon. Puree these ingredients with the olive oil, peppercorns, salt and agave syrup. Put aside.

- Wash, clean and slice the fruit. Cut the spring onion into rings. Wash the rocket and spin dry.
- Fry the fruit in a preheated grill pan with a little clarified butter on both sides for about 3 minutes.
- Put the rocket and cheese on a plate. Add the fruit and the spring onion rings. Drizzle with the dip.
