Fruity Hot Meatballs with Passion Fruit and Tomato Dip
The perfect fruity hot meatballs with passion fruit and tomato dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Meatballs
- 500 g Organic ground beef
- 2,5 tablespoon Passion fruit habanero liqueur
- 1 Passion fruit
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1,5 Spring onions
- 1 tablespoon Habanero oil from my KB
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- Salt and pepper
Passion fruit and tomato dip
- 150 g Sour cream
- 0,5 Passion fruit
- 2 Vine tomatoes
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 Hot peppers
- Salt and pepper
Meatballs
- Cut the spring onion into rings, halve the passion fruit, scrape out the pulp with a spoon and add to the minced beef with the other ingredients. Mix well and shape into meatballs with damp hands.
- Fry in a coated pan without fat.
Dip
- Scrape out the flesh of the passion fruit with a spoon and place in a container with the remaining ingredients.
- Puree with a hand blender.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
