Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg king prawns, with or without shell
- ½ liter white wine, preferably dry Riesling
- ½ liter of oil
- 1 bulb(s) garlic
- Salt
- lemon juice
- Lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon)

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Then, in a tall container, blend the wine and oil with the garlic and spices until the garlic is completely chopped. This creates a milky marinade. Season to taste and add more spices if desired. Marinate the king prawns in this marinade for at least 6-24 hours. Place on the grill for 3 minutes on each side. I recommend serving with white bread and garlic mayonnaise.
