The perfect grilled meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Kg Pork neck
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Bottles Beer
  1. Cut the meat into slices ….. also cut the onion into slices.
  2. Now spread 2 tablespoons of mustard and ketchup each on the bottom of a bowl, put some of the onion on top, then spread the meat on top, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the meat with mustard and ketchup and sprinkle onions again, salt and pepper, do the same with the whole meat, finally distribute the beer over it and let it steep for about 12 hours, you can also freeze it this way.
