Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp herbal salt

Cut the meat into thumb-thick slices and place in a bowl. Combine all the marinade ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Turn once. Remove and let drain. Grill on a grill tray on the hot grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
