Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pork
  • 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Souvlaki

Cut the pork into approximately 2.5 x 2.5 cm cubes. Season with salt and pepper, and toss in lemon juice. Let marinate overnight. Thread onto wooden skewers. Season with oregano and then grill.
