- 20 m.-large mushrooms, fresh
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs and garlic

Take the mushroom heads, twist out the stems, and fill them with cream cheese. Then, thread five mushroom heads one after the other onto a skewer, sealing them (so the cheese doesn’t leak out during grilling). Thread the last mushroom the other way around.
