Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
- 1 package of herbs of your choice (frozen) or
- Wild garlic, fresh
- 250 g butter, approx., possibly less
- e.g. breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Remove the stems from the mushrooms, then trim and trim the mushrooms. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the herbs. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the breadcrumbs (this should make the mixture firmer). Now fill the mushrooms with the mixture and place them on the grill. This amount is intended as a side dish to other grilled food; for a main course, the quantities will need to be increased.
