Grilled mushrooms with blue cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 mushrooms (giant)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and finely chop them. Mix the sour cream with the cheese and the chopped stems, season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture back into the mushroom caps and cook on the charcoal grill. Grilling time: approx. 15 minutes. Delicious as an appetizer or with beer.
