Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 200 g herb cream cheese, possibly low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for grill or raclette
Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems. Cream the cream cheese until smooth and fill the mushrooms with the cream cheese (I always do this with a pastry bag, but a teaspoon will also work). Place on the grill or raclette (opening facing up) and cook (this takes about 8 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms). You can also prepare them the day before and store them covered in the refrigerator.
