Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, firm flesh
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp herbs (pizza herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mediterranean delicacy with feta cheese and tomatoes

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and set aside for later use. Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and place them on a heatproof plate. Roughly chop the mushroom stems, feta cheese, and tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic and add them. Season with salt, pepper, and pizza herbs. Place the filling into the mushroom caps. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, until the filling is golden brown and the mushrooms are cooked through. Approx. 168 kcal per serving.
