Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 12 m.-sized mushrooms
- 250 g feta cheese
- 12 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel or brush. Remove the stems and gills to make enough room for filling. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and stuff the mushrooms with them. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce to each mushroom. Finally, wrap in aluminum foil and grill for about 20 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms. They’re done when the mushrooms are cooked and the feta cheese has melted slightly. The mushrooms make an excellent grilled side dish.
