Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • e.g. Brie(s), sliced
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mushrooms stuffed with feta and sealed with brie

Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix until smooth. Hollow out the mushrooms and fill them with the mixture. Cover with the Brie slices to seal. Place on the grill and cook. Tip: If desired, add strips of bell pepper and secure with a toothpick.
