Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 squid(s) (octopus), small (or portioned)
- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 lettuce leaf
- oregano
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean and wash the octopus, then cook in a saucepan without water over low heat until its juices are absorbed. Then brush the octopus with 1 tablespoon of oil, season with pepper, and grill, turning occasionally. Prepare a marinade with the remaining oil and vinegar. Place the grilled octopus on a lettuce leaf, pour the marinade over it, and serve sprinkled with oregano.
