Grilled pangasius fillet

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  • Paprika powder, hot or sweet
  • 1 tbsp herbs, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili powder
  • 2 portions of fish fillet(s) (pangasius, frozen)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Perfect for microwaves with grill function

Thaw the pangasius fillets in the refrigerator, rinse with cold water, and pat dry. Finely chop the garlic, sprinkle with salt, and crush with a knife. Mix the garlic with all the other ingredients to make a marinade. Place the pangasius fillets on a plate and brush with the marinade. Place the grill insert (elevated grill) in the microwave, place the plate on top, and grill the fillets for about 15 minutes. You don’t need to turn them over. Be careful not to let the fish dry out! Serve with a fresh green salad and white bread.
